The Brintia Wayfinder solution takes the stress out of finding your way around an unfamiliar hotel, resort or even cruise ship.

It allows guests to quickly find their room using their mobile phone and provides guidance to all the hotels facilities, so finding the restaurant, bar, pool or SPA has never been easier.
With information in the guests preferred language, Wayfinder provides an enhanced guest experience and is especially useful for hotels that offer self-check-in or do not have a 24-hour reception.

how it works

It displays a flat view map of the area showing the position and direction the guest is travelling in.

Customised direction indicators will guide the user every step of the way.

Information is displayed during the route and can be integrated with hotel PMS systems to give a more personalised experience.
When used in exterior spaces, Wayfinder uses the GPS of the device to get the position of the user.

For interior spaces, Wayfinder reads QR code to get the position of the user and the devices gyroscope and accelerometer to guide the user to the destination.
